Taco Bell keeps reinventing itself with new menu items, new day parts and a new restaurant format in Taco Bell Cantina, which debuted in 2015 in Chicago and sells beer, wine, sangria and frozen alcoholic beverages. The urban restaurant concept is designed to be more personal and fast casual than quick-serve restaurant in feeling.
