Tic Tac, the most refreshing breath mint on the planet, is headed to outer space! Given all the excitement and speculation surrounding the “Tic Tac UFO” sightings, Tic Tac will be launching a custom Tic Tac-shaped vessel into orbit that will transmit refreshing messages submitted by consumers on August 4th, in hopes of making connections with extraterrestrials (in the event they are out there).
The vessel will also be filled with limited edition packs and enter orbit with the help of aerospace company Sent into Space, the world leader in high altitude balloon flights. The limited-edition packs will include fan-favorite flavors, Freshmint, Orange, and Fruit Adventure, and feature phrases to prompt a kind, refreshing connection with our alien friends. Upon landing back on Earth, 100 lucky fans can get their hands on a pack that went to space by following instructions to come on the Tic Tac social channels. Everyone will be able to purchase the limited-edition Tic Tac mints later this year at major retailers.
Consumers can go to the Tic Tac social channels by August 1 to submit their own refreshing messages for a chance to have them projected into the atmosphere.
