Have you been looking to discover the flavor of the future. Given the way the fate of the world is shaping up, this might just be it.

French’s today announced its Mustard Ice Cream, created in partnership with Coolhaus Ice Cream and Atlanta agency Fitzco. The tart concoction was invented by the McCormick-owned brand to coincide with National Mustard Day this Saturday. It will be available for a limited time via a customized ice cream truck in New York starting Thursday, and Coolhaus will be serving it at its Culver City location later next month.
“As lovers of sweet-meets-savory, pure ingredients and unique creations, we are incredibly excited to be collaborating with French’s Mustard in creating this one-of-a-kind product,” says Coolhaus CEO and founder Natasha Case. “It’s been so fun to explore this classic condiment in a whole new way and create an unforgettable, thoughtfully crafted ice cream flavor with an all-American taste.”
The Mustard Ice Cream is served with a “pretzel cookie” to complement the “familiar but surprising and tangy” flavor (per Case’s description in the video below).
