This afternoon, Adweek broke the news that the company has issued an RFP. From a spokesperson:

Denver-based fast casual chain (and Chipotle competitor) Qdoba is seeking a new agency partner and has launched a creative review, according to sources with direct knowledge of the matter.
Several of the industry’s best-known agencies are currently involved in the pitch. They include BBDO, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, TBWA\Chiat\Day, R/GA and Deep Focus, which has worked on Lay’s projects in the past. The company also purportedly reached out to Droga5, which declined to participate.
According to several parties with direct knowledge of the matter, Chili’s has ended its relationship with Hill Holliday and now looks to engage agencies on a per-project basis for future broadcast and digital campaigns.
